Bathroom Refresh
$1,000.00 / room
This is not a remodel, but a refresh only. There is no contractor involved.

- Lighting, paint, mirror, art, accessories, and vanity plumbing and/or hardware selection (if applicable)
- Direct messaging with your designer

Interior Paint Color Consult

Window Treatment Design

Per area.
- Onsite visit to discuss window treatment options
- Selection of window treatments samples to consider
- Product proposal
Remodel Project Design Development
$1,000.00 / room
This phase is required for any remodel project, in order to gather a cost proposal.
- Concept Design Board of ideas and direction of remodel project
- Floor Plan, or Elevation Drawing with enough info for Contractor to prepare price quote
- Material recommendations
- Gather project cost proposal from appropriate trades person
- This Concept Design is yours to keep, regardless
Bathroom Remodel Project Design

- Covers first 15 hours of billable design time to:
