Full Service- Design Mode
$1,800.00 / room
- One free initial Consultation- Virtual or in person. This is where we discuss your project needs, some vision and style, and budget
- On- Site consulation and initial design meeting. This is where we measure, discuss vision and brainstorm ideas. This is where payment is made for design services.
- Initial Story/mood boards are presented. We discuss the look, likes and dislikes.
- We go back to work and revise based on our meeting and tighten up the design and layout.
- Final Design is revealed along with floor plans and measurements and more concrete exact furnishings are chosen and sourced.
- A list of items to shop retail are provided to you, and you manage the ordering of all retail purchases.
- Once the design is done and specified, you get shopping and order your items.
Full Service + Furniture Procurement ...
$1,500.00 / room
- Client must have a 10,000 purchasing budget minimum. All purchases are made through Design Mode.
- You receive the Full Service- Design Mode package plus the following:
- Design Mode orders and Manages all items
- We track, manage shipping and receiving to our receiving warehouse.
- Items are checked in, checked for damage and stored until "reveal day"
- Project troubleshooting
- Delivery and install of items
- On-site styling
- Final reveal Day with professional photos taken

- This package is for the person that has all their large pieces taken care of, or most of them, but just needs some additional styling and decor accents! We help you find beautiful accent decor to complement your current space!
