Full-service design that manages every detail, creating space that reflects your lifestyle & vision
- Starting at $5,000 per room, this package provides comprehensive design services from concept to completion.
- Initial 1 hour on site design consultation
- Includes (1) Concept Board with curated images, textures, and color palettes.
- (2) items available for reselection on Concept Board
- (1) 3D Perspective Plan
- (1) Space Plan
- (1) Item reselection on space plan.
- Custom furniture, decor, and accessory selection.
- Finish selections, including paint, tile, and hardware.
- Contractor recommendations and coordination as needed.
- Management of purchasing, ordering, and delivery.
- Oversight of installation and room styling.
- Final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfected.
- Support includes ongoing communication throughout the project including weekly updates.
- Final Design documentation for your records.
- Design fees are based on a minimum furnishings budget of $25,000. For larger projects, fees will be adjusted to reflect the scope of work.
