Please, we request that clients refrain from texting or emails as keeping all correspondence thru the Design system ensures we cover all your needs with none left out.
- NOTE: This package is for decorative aspects and surface applied products within the chosen room or space and does not include design suggestions or layouts for cabinetry/built-ins, moving walls, or other construction elements, etc.
- This plan works best for connected rooms/areas such as living/dining/foyer.
- (1) Floor Plan (aka furniture placement) for one (1) of your selected rooms of choice drawn to scale
- (3) Concept Boards = 1 each for your selected three rooms.
- (3) Corresponding Shopping Lists (with prices shown) = 1 each for your selected rooms. Each shopping list to consist of no more than 10 suggested accent/finishing items per room
- 30 mInute Live Phone or Zoom Meet-up to discuss wants or needs
- 300 word write-up for each of the three rooms selected (900 words total)
- (1) Revision applies to either the Floor Plan or 1 Concept Board
- 30 mInute follow-up Live Phone or Zoom Meet-up to review final details

- Yes, this is may seem expensive to some, however, the amount of hours required to complete all details is appx 17-25 hours of design time invested by our in-house desisgn team..
