After I receive your payment for your service, you'll get on my calendar.

Remodeling Design Consult
$1,350.00
- Zoom Design meeting where Karen will review your blueprints to get a better idea of the layout, location and scale of your new home & gather all the necessary requirements from your Builder.
- I'll review the lighting plan & advise on any areas that may have been overlooked.
- I'll review any allowances given by your builder to discuss options and ideas on how to creatively get the look you desire within your budget.
- We'll have a discussion about any unique design elements you may be interested in incorporating such as beams, ship lap, barn doors, cement tiles, etc. These items may require proper blocking & prep during the framing stage prior to installation.
- We will also discuss the options for window treatments, flooring such as hardwoods & tile, interior & exterior lighting fixtures and furnishings if needed.
- By the end of the consultation I will have enough information gathered to follow up with a specific package price for sourcing all of your items & finishes and incorporating any additional design features your contractor will need to know.
- I will create a scope of work list for any areas and items you need help selecting.

Room Refresh
$1,350.00 / room
- A Single design work meeting (Ask the Expert) via zoom to get my eyes on your room, determine design direction, provide expertise & recommendations that could include how to artfully arrange your existing furnishings, art, lighting & accessories so that your space becomes balanced, functional & cohesive. (2 hours)
- I'll create one organized & curated digital design board of the overall design concept (see above for example) (up to 6 hours) & prepare presentation
- One 60 minute zoom follow up + final tweaking + 3 Weeks of email follow up. *Only one (1) design board will be provided. If you have multiple spaces you need help with, an additional mood board can be purchased.
