PGI Home Staging Consultation + Report

This onsite desing consultation is perfect for sprucing up your existing home or needed new ideas.
- 2 hours of design consultation
- Includes walk-through and viewing of interior spaces with client
- A detailed consult report of design ideas and suggestions is provided to the client providing a game plan the client can follow
- Idea implementation by the client
- Photos of the space are taken (with a signed photo release form) for future reference if it is decided to move to a signed design contract for interior design implementation with the designer
- Time takes for report 48 hours
- Price based on a property up to 2000 sq. ft. anything above will be billed $175.00 hourly on-site (discounted rate)
PGI Virtual Design

Virtual Design where client provides all measurements, photos and any inspiration/pin boards.

PGI Power Staging and Same Day Makeover

Staging the main areas of home in one day.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space
- We will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get great impact photos
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
- Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
- Up to 7 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $150 hourly (discounted rate)
PGI Designer-For-A-Day

Designer-for-a-Day a 6-hour VIP, one-on-one, collaborative design session.
