Full Design Standard (per room)
$2,250.00 / room
- 30-minute intro video call
- In-home consultation (NY or DC area)
- 1 2-D design board (per room)
- 1 round of client feedback for revisions
- 1 final room design
- 1 floorplan design with set-up instructions
- Shopping list of furniture & accessories (up to 25 new products)
- Management of up to two subcontract projects
- Product ordering and tracking
- 2-4 week lead time to project completion
- Up to 2 weeks of post-design support
Full Design Upgrade
$5,000.00 / room
- 30-minute intro video call
- In-home consultation (NY or DC area)
- 2 2-D design boards (per room)
- 2 feedback revisions of selected design boards
- 1 final room design
- 1 3-D rendering of final design
- 1 floorplan design with set-up instructions
- Shopping list of furniture & accessories (25+ new furnishings and accents)
- Up to 4 sub-contractor project management
- Product ordering and tracking
- How-to guide with designer notes
- 3-6 week lead time to project completion
- Up to 4 weeks of post-design support
