What brands does your PAINTER prefer to use? MAKE SURE YOU ASK PAINTER (do not assume) as some painters will only use a specific brand of paint.
(select all that apply) This is IMPORTANT to confirm with your painter as some painters will only work with certain brands. Also, please make sure you have in your painting contract that matching colors (especially Benjamin Moore) with another brand paint is NOT ALLOWED.

Are you part of an HOA that provides a set list of exterior color options?

Are you interested in having me source and procure new lighting and/or house numbers for you?
If I source for you and you then you decide to purchase the products on your own, I charge a $75 per hour design fee for my time
If you have brick or stone, are you interested in painting the brick or stone.
I recommend a Mineral Paint product such a Romabio (romabio.com)
If you need stain colors, list what needs a stain color (concrete, decks, fencing, etc) and what brand your painter likes to use.
