Client Creative Questionnaire

Hi Goetz Family! I'm very excited to work together on your beautiful new home and get the ball rolling.

The following Creative Questionnaire is an important (and fun) first step. This will help me better understand your design style likes/dislikes, as well as how you plan to use the spaces. Designing any area is about functionality as well as aesthetics. So the more detail and imagery you provide here, the better the final project results!

Looking forward to receiving your responses and as always, let me know if you have any questions during the process...
